1.Using barcode scanning software on iwata paint spray gun case
A very simple way for users, just have in hand a Smartphone and QR 3code Scanner software, customers can completely check the product they buy is genuine or not.
When taking barcodes, the returned results must match the model number printed on the box.
If the results do not match or do not receive the results, you should ask the supplier directly and ask to change to another product.
It is also possible to identify another way through a barcode that is:
Each Iwata gun and equipment has its own case, each with its own barcode (from W101 onwards).
Print, not paste, to be exact.
For genuine goods, barcodes are printed.
As for fake goods, fake goods are glued. The barcode is printed on a small piece of paper, then manually pasted onto the box.
2. Serial number printed on the box
When you don’t have a phone in hand, you can only check it with the naked eye by comparing the serial number printed on the box and the serial number engraved on the tail of the gun.
The series on genuine Iwata guns consists of only 2 alphabetic characters representing the year and month of production of the product.
Counterfeit goods usually have more than 2 characters, including letters and numbers.
If the unit does not have a box when purchasing, the customer should not buy it.
3. 3D stamp on the body of the Iwata spray gun
Each genuine Iwata gun has a blue 3D stamp, looks very luxurious and has Anest Iwata inside.
This stamp is mounted on the gun body and is cut into many small marks. Just a light peel and these cuts will break.
Counterfeit is different. They have 3D stamps, but this one doesn’t look fancy. The stamp is a contiguous piece, when peeled off, it will pull out a whole array.
