RECRUITMENT – Sales Engineer Position Minimum 2 Years of Experience – Salary Up to 20 Million VND/Month – Working in HCMC & Hanoi
Job Description
- Support and promote the sales team’s activities in the assigned area.
- Search for new customers and take care of existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets (quarterly/yearly incentives based on achieved profits).
- Candidates with B2B sales experience are preferred.
Requirements
- Age: 30 and above. For Hanoi area, candidates from 25 years old are accepted.
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Good communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2) or Business English.
- For Hanoi area: candidates who can speak English, Japanese, or Chinese are accepted (Chinese preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the automation equipment industry.
Income
- Income at 100% KPI achievement: 14 – 20 million VND.
- Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate.
- Fixed salary not dependent on sales revenue.
