Self-lubricating Chain Series Tsubaki’s 6th generation is supplied with the NSF-H1 food-grade lubricating oil standard. This makes the Lambda self-lubricating chain perfectly suitable for applications in the food industry. Oil-impregnated bearings with certified lubricating oil are available upon request.
Easy-cutting
Lambda self-lubricating chains can be quickly and safely disassembled with Tsubaki chain removal tools without damaging the rollers.
Patented Ring Casting Technology
Chain splice breaks are not a problem for Tsubaki chains due to their special properties. By applying a proprietary ring molding process, Tsubaki creates a cold deformation around the pinhole of the chain link pad. The result is a reduction in residual stress around the pinhole and thus increased strength. By using this process, the transmission power reaches 100% of the basic capacity of the chain.
Special environment
Tsubaki’s Lambda self-lubricating chain can work in temperatures up to 150°C. With a temperature range above 150°C, We also have a special chain line – heat-resistant Lambda self-lubricating height.
