Conveyor ITOH DENKI
MDR (Motor Driven Roller) CONVEYOR
- Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA: Articles on the conveyor will never come in contact with each other, thereby eliminating impact damage
- Flexible Zone Recognition: The ability to automatically adjust zone lengths to accommodate articles of varying size; allowing your system to maintain a ZPA environment.
- Reduce energy consumption: Roller are controlled by photo eyes which allow them to run only as needed.
If there is no article on the conveyor, it does not run. - Lower decibel rating than traditionally powered conveyors.
- Ease of maintenance: rollers are self-contained units that require no additional maintenance after their initial installation.
